Project Director / Chief Executive Leadership
We seek an accomplished leader with 20+ years of relevant leadership and institution-building experience, ideally in a major temple trust, charitable or spiritual institution, foundation, or large multidisciplinary development.
Lead planning, consultant coordination, execution and commissioning.
Build professional systems for governance, administration and operations.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules and stakeholder relationships.
Bring respect for Sanatana Dharma, institutional values and long-term stewardship.
Role structure, reporting and appointments will be finalised by the Foundation.
Chief Architect / Master Planner
Develop the complete campus master plan, temple architecture, landscape, visitor circulation and phased development.
Spiritual & Temple Advisory Head
Guide temple design, rituals, traditions, consecration, Abhishek and devotional programmes in consultation with Guruji.
Finance, Legal & Governance Head
Establish financial systems and controls, institutional structure, land documentation, contracts, compliance and funding strategy.
Chief Architect / Master Planner
Mobilize institutional partners, donors and domain specialists, and build long-term collaborations for the project.
